Please read this waiver carefully before your event. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept the following.
I understand that the use of soft play equipment and jumping castles involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: falls, collisions, cuts, bruises, and in rare cases more serious injury. These risks exist even when equipment is used correctly and safely.
I accept full responsibility for ensuring that a competent adult (18+) supervises all children using the equipment at all times. I understand that Melbourne Soft Play staff are responsible for delivery and setup only, and are not responsible for supervising children during the hire period.
I agree to enforce the following safety rules: no shoes, sharp objects, or jewellery on soft play equipment; no food or drinks inside equipment; no pushing, climbing on walls, or rough play; maximum occupancy and weight limits must be observed; children must be grouped by age and size where possible.
I understand that jumping castles must be continuously supervised and the blower must remain running at all times. In the event of strong winds (exceeding 40km/h) or heavy rain, the jumping castle must be evacuated and the blower turned off immediately. I accept responsibility for monitoring weather conditions during the hire period.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of hired equipment. I agree that Good Times Event Hire Co Pty Ltd (trading as Melbourne Soft Play), its employees, contractors, and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of equipment, provided that equipment was delivered in safe and working condition.
I confirm that I am aware of any relevant medical conditions of children attending the event and accept responsibility for ensuring that children with medical conditions that may be aggravated by physical activity do not use the equipment without appropriate medical advice.
