Good Times Event Hire Co

This Hire Agreement is entered into between Good Times Event Hire Co Pty Ltd (ABN 26 687 943 915, trading as Melbourne Soft Play) and the client named on the booking confirmation. By proceeding with a booking, the client agrees to the following terms.
The client acknowledges that all equipment has been delivered in clean, safe, and working condition. Any pre-existing damage must be reported to Melbourne Soft Play staff at the time of delivery. Failure to report damage at delivery may result in the client being held responsible.
The client agrees to: use equipment only for its intended purpose; enforce age and weight limits; ensure adult supervision at all times; prevent the use of food, drinks, face paint, silly string, or sharp objects near equipment; not move equipment once set up without staff assistance.
The client accepts full financial responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the hire period. Replacement costs will be charged at current market value. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
The client is responsible for ensuring the event site is suitable for equipment setup — including adequate flat space, safe surface, and clear access. Melbourne Soft Play reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are deemed unsafe.
The client indemnifies and holds harmless Good Times Event Hire Co Pty Ltd, its employees, and contractors from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from the client's use of the equipment, failure to supervise, or breach of this agreement.
The client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to both this Hire Agreement and the Melbourne Soft Play Terms & Conditions. The client confirms they are 18 years of age or older.
